The former president's Family Member Receives Expert Tips from Tiger Woods Before Professional Golf Debut

Young golfer getting ready for significant tournament

This young athlete has considerable social media presence

Kai Trump will have multiple prominent backers when she makes her LPGA debut later this week.

This teenage golfer, who happens to be related to a former US president, was granted a sponsor's invitation to compete at the Annika tournament in Florida.

The former president, an avid golfer, possesses numerous international courses and often plays against Kai.

"He's fairly competent. I can't reveal details but we have competitive games," she stated.

The golfer shared that Trump, unable to come, advised her: "Just stay calm."

"He basically advised me to compete and enjoy myself," she added.

"From my perspective, he's just a regular grandfather. He can't make it this weekend. He's focused on presidential duties, so he's rather occupied."

While still amateur, Kai has participated in a mere three competitions this year and has ranking 461 in AJGA listings.

However she's able to receive tips from 15-time major champion, who is dating Kai's mother.

"He is the greatest golfer in the world," Kai stated.

"And he's an even better individual. He advised me to compete, have fun, adapting to whatever happens."

She'll challenge some of the biggest names in professional golf at the competition, featuring world number two the champion, British golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and last year's winner champion Vu.

The LPGA stated that her participation exposes golf to different demographics, especially reaching youth audiences.

Kai boasts a massive following and recently launched an exclusive clothing and lifestyle brand.

Her first tee time at 5:30 PM GMT.
